Behaviour

At Miltoncross Academy we believe in rewarding those who work hard and behave respectfully.  Staff will award Achievement Points to students who exemplify our core values of

• Work hard.
• Be kind.
• No excuses.

Students will be awarded their Achievement Badge in assembly in recognition of passing certain thresholds of achievement points.  Badges should be worn in the left lapel of their blazer.

Academic work of an exceptional standard will be rewarded with an e-postcard home and, where appropriate, social media posts.

Each term the headteacher will award a Headteacher commendation award for a piece of superb work which has been completed due to hard work, determination and resilience.
