Miltoncross is an Academy at the heart of its community that enables outstanding achievement, develops the highest aspirations for all and provides first rate opportunities.

Our motto is "FLOURISH" and this is what we expect for all adults and children who learn and work in Miltoncross Academy.

Our Mission:

To create and always maintain an academically aspirant school where children work hard and learn well.  This is as a result of precision teaching in classrooms that are free from distractions. It is our fervent determination that all children will leave Miltoncross able to read well.

Our Values:

We intend that Miltoncross students are well prepared to compete for the best college and university places and then for the best careers.  We intend that they can make the most of their world through living by some simple, yet key values.  Our core values are those that we know really are vital to successful and happy adult lives, whatever our young people decide to do.  We expect all of our students and staff to: Work hard, be Kind and to not make excuses for not doing those things always.
